@@TheUKNutter What are you talking about? The outside wall at IMS has always been concrete, with the SAFER barriers only installed at the corners. In the clip the car clearly impacts the concrete directly and completely misses the SAFER.
Tbh I wish the bikes were in their own seperate compilation For me it's a whole different experience watching a car get destroyed Vs watching a human being get thrown around like a ragdoll 😣
The irony being they're there instead of gravel because they're worried gravel causes rollovers lol Yeah, those kerbs cause more flips than a gravel trap ever did
19:24 had I stayed at my spot for another 45 seconds, this would've happened right in front of me, but I walked away too soon. I still was close enough to run back and see the aftermath though.
I have NO IDEA how the rider at 8:47 survived. That looks flat out fatal. But from the comments, it looks like he survived. Does anyone know his name or the extent of his injuries? I can't beleive he's alive.
Always with those stupid sausage curbs. What is FIM going to do if the superbikes start having Isle of Mann TT style crashes at tracks because of those things?
@@Homeless_Pigeon_History He didn't catch the drain but he happened to pass over one mid slide. What actually happened was the right front suspension broke so the tire was only held on by a tether, and the car basically tripped over it and it got launched into the air.
@@boamedia9496 I don't fault him for it, the only time in recent memory there was a crash like that was in 2011 when Carl Edwards caught a drain in his celebration after that All Star Race
At first I was shocked by the motorcycle crashes but after a while I just chuckled like a maniac at the drivers flopping around. This video is probably doing permanent damage to my brain
4:04 "Thank goodness for the SAFER barriers" as the driver hits a concrete wall...
They're actually not concrete walls, they compress and have tires behind them to prevent sudden impacts.

those motorcycle ones are always so hard to watch. brutal
Yeah, I personally skip, don't like to see a body getting throw like that...

because they are always exposed to impact. no survival cell or rollcage they can be safe in.
Only good thing the suits keep them protected
These videos give me a lot of respect for motorbike racers, car racing can be dangerous but the bikes are on another level
Props to The World's Bravest Cameraman at 11:37!
The guy at 9:30 on the bike has to be the worst crash. absolutely brutal, Hope he made it.
When will Monza and the FIA learn that those sausage curbs have to be removed ffs !? Waiting for another tragedy !?

Drivers should start refusing to race at tracks that install them. It's them the fans are paying to see, so it will work too.
@@callmeshaggy5166 it's a wonder why they haven't done so already !

That rider went literally head first into a solid metal barrier. I really hope they were OK afterwards.
The rider is ok
Those MX crashes make my skin crawl!

I’m gonna have to dig out the PS1 now you’ve reminded me of that game

The rider is Sam Wilford and is ok
Broken arm & shin. Is scheduled to race Moto2 in 2023.
1:53 this crash is so identical to Pedro piquet’s crash in 2015
I feel like I need some Aleve and an ice pack just watching some of these.
Nice compilation thank you!
There were some huge crashes in Extreme-E also.
Will you make an "F1 2022 all crashes and spins video"?
I dont have all the clips for the f1 video
13:45 worst one this year IMO.
1:20 and 1:39 is the same car and driver...
Should of added the Gold Coast 500 Supercars crash, pileup that results In a fire.
Dear lord there some horrible accidents
I’ve never understood how micks Saudi Arabia crash was only 33 g’s while ocon had a 51 g crash at Miami about 60-70 miles slower
Damn, the motorcycle pileups are the hardest ones to watch... Thank God, there was not a fatality in those accidents...
Sam Wilford (seen @ 8:50) broke his arm & shin. He has been announced as a rider for the AGM team in the 2023 FIM JuniorGP Moto2 Championship.

In my vote F1 British Grand Prix Lap 1 crash is favorite to award the 2022 Auto Racing Crash of the Year.
Kinda weird you have a "favorite" but whatever floats your boat.
@@callmeshaggy5166 that isn’t what he meant by it’s the favourite means it’s the most likely
Nice video. I was at 3 of these
15:43 I was actually at this race and saw this right next at the Esses where I was sat at for this race
Motorcycle. Guardrail. One winner. Geez. Guts of steel balls of titanium.
17:58 what racing series are these from
Turismo Carretera ARG
Ganz Schreckliche aber Phantastische Images!
On the contrary, I'd like to see times where drivers saved themselves from crashing.
Do those new nascar's have any crumple zones? Things bounce off walls and roll arse over tit down the backstraight and hardly a dent on them.
8:47 was he ok
Bad accident but the rider is ok
Assuming everyone was relatively OK after these biggies
So we got broken bones mentioned by the commenters.
But...that was the worst of it I hope? Everyone lived?
Monster desert truck racing.😳😂🤑

1:50 You can see the driver's arm outside of the car as it tumbles.

Who had it worst? Mick Schumacher in Saudi Arabia? Or Marc/Alex Marquez at Indonesia?
