I just got the 2022 RAV4 hybrid and I'm curious, what setting did you have it on? Trail mode? Traction control off? Manual shift mode or automatic? I drive in the sand where fwd and awd are not necessarily the best option but I've put AT tires on it and it seems to do well... Whatever settings you have yours set to seem ideal
Cool. This is Marcus but on my main channel. I'll try just trail mode by itself on the sand to see how it does. I'm right here just one minute from the sand so it'll probably be tomorrow. I have a few videos of the Rav on my channel if you want to check it out
I dont understand people who buy cars like that. Such a waste of everything. If you need offroad capable car for your family buy something like audi allroad. Quattro 4wd, good clearnce, super eco and dosnt not look like huge jeep that cant handle smallest mudpit, sad..
@@johannapoder2843 here it is shown that the car easily copes with everything, the car is universal for off-road and for normal roads, I made this video for people to see that the car is excellent and copes with all difficulties!!!

That's what these cars are made for. My wife had the trd version with good wheels and tires . Awesome ride. I recommend upgrading tires and that rig will really dig

I love my RAV4! Especially when we had a rare PDX snow this year and seeing all these people stuck, and I was blasting through it all

Alex Yakuba the car is very reliable, it never failed, the off-road was excellent 👍
The Rav4 was never designed to be an off road vehicle, although it copes quite well on rough terrain.
Today they are AWD not 4WD
@@tectorama however, it can still do something off-road and that's a fact, it has regular summer tires, but the all-wheel drive works great 👍

Bridgestone Alenza,ordinary tires, I got the car from the dealer with these wheels, set the trail mode and drove off, everything is simple !!!😉

Get informed if you know mechanics how a toyota hybrid works. Its not a belt CVT.
