And yeh hai Kunal Shah jo ki India ki second fastest growing unicorn, Cred ke CEO hai and youngsters me bhi kafi popular hai.(show Deepak rawat clip and Kunal Shah clip along with the voiceover) But in dono ki jobs me ek bahut bada difference hai. Ek taraf hai CEOs, jo 100-100 crore ki salary kama rahe hai, private jets me ghum rahe hai and puri duniya ko influence kar rahe hai. And dusri taraf hai IAS officers, jo sirf 50-60 hazar ki salary ke liye raat din kaam kar rahe hai, coronavirus me bhi logon ki help kar rahe hai and yaha tak ki badh aane par bhi logon ki madad kar rahe hai. Iske upar se ek IAS officer banna itna mushkil hai ki sirf 0.1% log yani 1000 me se sirf 1 hi insaan UPSC exam clear karke IAS officer banta hai and kayi log toh saalon ki mehnat ke baad bhi iss exam ko clear nahi kar paate. But itne mushkilo ke baad bhi kya reason hai ki aaj bhi India me lakhon log, IAS officers banne ka hi sapna dekhte hai. Wahi dusri taraf USA and Europe me aise officers ke comparison me CEOs ka kahi zyada influence and craze hota hai. Iss video me hum IAS officers and CEOs and compare karenge and ye janne ki koshish karenge ki in dono me se kaun sa job better hai and IAS and CEOs me se zyada rich and powerful kaun hai.

Because India is more deprived country people don't want to take risk as we know UPSC is conducting exam every year with approx 1000 seats an average mind graduate only have need for job which can secure his guaranteed income government jobs are made for those who are not having any area of skills and are from very less opportunity states such as people from north like Bihar & UP having limited jobs no skills that's why people prefer government jobs where as in south and west of India people have more opportunities so they don't go for these low grade jobs because in these people have more skills to contribute to Indian development

Seriously, you dont even have to ask for money, people deliberately serve you and give it to you because they know that one signature from you can destroy their life. IAS/PCS officers are filthy rich because they recieve bribes soooooo much.

In Pune, every year 5L students give multiple government exams, half of locals get rent, tuition fees, canteen, so many people get money because of it. More and more students should give government exams and support the economy.

In India, often in underdeveloped rural areas where opportunities are scarce, young individuals are typically drawn towards the power and influence that comes with becoming an IAS officer. In essence, their aspirations are predominantly focused on achieving the possibility of reaching the IAS.
