Look at the overall death rates (all causes) for this year and last year through november. There's not a huge excess, so this virus can't be some massive society-ending thing. I've had family friends go to the hospital and pass away from it. It's unfortunate and sad, but so is destroying our entire society over something as lethal as the flu.

They did it several times and my mom keep telling them to wear face mask and do social distancing but they just give my mom a bad look. BTW i live in philippines and not single one of my neighboors have a covid 19 but there are already some who have but not my neighboor
