The emotion put into the singing is simply mesmerizing to listen to. When he gets to the part "And you will be *mine* " nearing the end, you can hear how more possessive-sounding he gets with each time he says "mine". It gives me good chills.

I see nothing wrong with the high notes, seeing as his voice naturally isn't that deep. love this more than the original, makes for writing good stories

A hello from 2021, I'd like to give this song the justice it deserves. The past two years, covid, racial injustice, riots, pointless slaughter, storming our own capital, you look to our cities, our burning cities, cars overturned and smashed, police cruisers burning, tear gas mixing the smoke. The chorus of protests and rioters clashing with the drum of police batons against riot shields.. our country has become a battlefield on every level. The few times I get a break, it's amazing how lost you can get in music, how deep and emotional this particular song is. Thank you nightcore, four years later, I'm still fighting.
