    I just need to know either DialagFlow are Free to use or they charge for their platform if we make our Bots there before importing to AiSensy?

      Dialogflow is free to use and you can integrate a Dialogflow Chatbot to AiSensy for free. However, the AiSensy Chatbot which is a drag & drop Chatbot builder using which you can build Chatbots in just 10 minutes is an add-on feature that you need to purchase separately at Rs 1999/ month.

    Hi I have a question for a topic which is not mentioned here.
    I only have 250 msg per day and I have more customers to whom I want to send the msg.
    1. How do I check the customer’s whom I have already send the msgs to.
    2. How can I filter the 250 customers in the option where I need to select the numbers as I have more than 250 customers.
    3. How do I distinguish which customer I have sent the msg to and who is pending to send.

      You can track everything in the campaigns page. Just go to Campaigns and see the users to whom you've already sent a message. You can assign these contacts a particular tag to remember that you've already sent them a message.

    My Question is Different i read all comments and FAQ but my question is not here i found..
    My business is Selling Diamond Jwellery & I need to convince customer For long period Example.
    1- Broadcast my product catalog to customer ( 0.55 INR charged )
    2- Customer Replay me In Just 24 Hours ( 0.35 INr charged )
    But what If i need to talk with customer after 2 days Regarding His purchase and answering questions Of his query and Lot's Of question and answer and chats have to do so there are any charges For it after 2 days of sending templates or welcome Offer msg by us... ??

      Hi Ankit,
      Answering your first query, it will take you Rs 0.81 to send a marketing message (the pricing has been updated by Meta)
      Next up, in case a customer replies and you reply to the conversation, it will cost you Rs 0.35. Note here that the conversation charges will only apply if you as a business replies to the user's message.
      In case if you wish to continue the conversation after 2 days, you will have to send a template message to them. If you send them a utility template, it will cost you Rs 0.35, and it will cost you Rs 0.81 if you send them a marketing template.

    I want to ask that, so many celebrities have green badge on their whatsapp Channel. They are individuals. Did they all celebrities use aisensy ? If yes then how to create a channel on Aisensy ?

      Hey Preet, unfortunately no! WhatsApp Business API doesn't support channels, hence AiSensy doesn't provide the Green Badge on Channels. We can help you apply for the WhatsApp Green Tick for your WhatsApp Business Profile.
