About College : -
IIT Tirupati is an autonomous engineering and technology education located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Initially mentioned by IIT Madras, now , IIT Tirupati is leading and fastest growing 3rd Generation IIT.
Currently, there are 5 branches in B.Tech
1) Computer Science and Engineering
2) Electrical Engineering
3) Mechanical Engineering
4) Chemical Engineering
5) Civil Engineering
About Construction : -
IIT Tirupati Permanent Campus will be made in 4 stages.
Stage -2 has been completed in end of June 2023 which consists of new hostels , new mess, new library and labs, new department blocks and pond.

How is chemical eng in Tirupati?
Yeah , Chemical Engineering is good here. If you want to go for core, you can connect with faculties for research or project work, they are very supportive. And for core , 3 - 4 companies come for placements.
And if you want to go for non - core , then it's no problem, bcuz there is no barrier here for any branch students to sit in any company placement, but only if company want. Most of I.T. companies allow other branch student to sit in Placement, as there is less student pool here.

Mechanical ofcourse, by more opportunities and job offers
But placements don't vary much , as all core branches have avg. between 10 - 13 lpa.
