You could use a Kenton USB Host box. An iPhone, Lightning to USB dongle, USB MIDI interface, and a USB hub would work too. You’d need an app-like AUM-to set up the MIDI routing.

It would have been perfect and it would have sold as warm bread, but it is difficult to understand how they are reasoning
Buy a vmix10. But if you open the volca mix you'll notice it's a very dense piece of electronics. I think it's underestimated how complex it is.
