He also respects Deok Mi's hobbies and even went out of his way to learn more about it. He isn't making fun of her but merely teasing her (like the thigh/clavicle joke). He didn't interrupt her when she was showing him her collection (even though he knew how she got the Kong via the fan signing event). For all the tropes that a lot of kdrama usually has (or had), this one shows two functioning adults supporting each other. The writers of this show really nailed this one.
Yes we all feels how this relationship is emotionally adults. But sometimes ago i find someone don't agree with these and called it teenager romance (i assume she is a fan of park minyoung previous romcom drama). So i stop explain it to her 😂. Tired
