Breaking Benjamin always stays true to their style and lyrics with every new album release....... and their lyrics are so emotional and powerful. I will never stop listening to this band.
Same. I've been listening to Breaking Benjamin since I was really little, and have always been a band I loved to hear from. The lyrics in each song speak volumes, a barrage of emotions, conflicts, and finally the end of the road. It's why I love the band so much. There have been countless times where songs like Dark of You and Breath have actually inspired me to do so much. From starting a band to falling in love. From stopping myself from suicide to getting off of all the shit medications and the shit I was doing behind the scenes. This band has made me who I am, and I'm grateful for every bit of it.

You aren't kidding! I'm an old rocker but, Breaking Benjamin writes some of the deepest, rocking songs I've ever heard! Had the pleasure of seeing them live and it was incredible!

I can't stop listening to the last verse going into the end. The first "Save this selfish world", I FELT the pleading especially in the note emphasized in the "selfish". Just...wow. Hit right in the core of emotions.

Did you know that this band serve Lucifer the light bearer the son of the dawn and that there's a religion a belief that says that Lucifer is the savior of humanity? Basically this band is pure free masonry and that eye you see in the album is either the eye of Lucifer or the all seeing eye. Just so you know there's too many coincidences.

This song is about a belief of Lucifer the light bearer and how Lucifer is the savior of humanity and is the light that came to the world basically free masonry and they serve the wicked one. Breaking Benjamin is a band that serve Lucifer the son of the dawn of the aurora. You can disagree with me and say that I'm wrong but there's too many coincidences.

@@Joshuar9065 People finding meaning in a different style of song than you doesn't make them sheep. I find the Dear Agony Album to be the most meaningful. A lot of the newer songs are filled with very Christian sounding lyrics and it makes me cringe. Other people get the opposite experience, and that's fine. I personally love the Diary of Jane, both the original and the 'acoustic' version of it. Just because you don't find meaning in the lyrics, doesn't mean others don't.
Elrog3 I should have worded my last comment better. Of course as a bb fan I love Diary of Jane. Guess the point was that it became such a hit as well as overplayed that a lot of people only know that song by the band. So many great songs by the band get less recognition than they deserve.
Every song that he writes seems to have a direct line to my soul. Every damn song. I dont care if it's religious or not, it speaks to my soul and no other artist has this ability.

You really have to. I got into BB back when Dear Agony came out and I was regretting having started so late. The only song I knew before that was Diary of Jane and its scary how so many of their songs really beat that one song that everyone seems to know. They're a band that really knows their style the best and I can't find anything that beats them. I was sad to see them go for that time but man, Burnley is the best!
Coty Lejeune it sucks listening to a band/singer after they have a bunch of albums out. I got into rock music by a band named skillet and my first song i heard by them was fire and fury and i dont feel like a huge fan because i been hearing them for 2 albums. And the thing i hate about music is when you find your favorite song by whoever you listen to and your like "nothing can beat this" and then their next album one song does and it repeats every time they release a new album
Skillet's great and I enjoy some of their music, mostly their singles. Their newest album has great stuff. Getting into BB when Dear Agony came out made me pretty sad because I thought I'd never see anything new and then they released another and it was gold too. Some people seem to disagree but eh, I can't care any less. So far, they've never disappointed me. BB makes me feel on a deeper level than any other band. >_< But as for Skillet, The Resistance is a great song too...but Falling Inside the Black is a song that hit hard.

I heard this song a while ago on Instagram, and I wanted to hear the full song. I came here, and I'm shooketh. I fell in love with it instantly. I've at least listened to it five times now-

We see both light & dark in the people we love but sometimes things happen & you can't tell if you're a victim or a co-conspirator in the death of the love & affection you once had & the potential of the future. You take on your partner's darkness & they dim the light that was once within you. And they call me to the light, friends & family, forever lost in time, your reasoning because you're so lost in the storm of chaos & gaslighting. Just my take.

I Charisse every bb album. Not a bad song ever. Incredible. She would name her ember. And I just love that. If it’s a boy? We’ll. Shit. I was on drugs for so long, and when my girlfriend FaceTimed me cheating on me with her ex. I stayed sober for months and months to just feel that pain straight up. Straight up feel it no numbness. I got my own house now without her, I pay rent yea yea. Lol. Anyways keep your head up. These guys are gods gift and so are you. Stay strong forever. Not for only bb, your friends, family, kids etc. and me. We’re family here.

I believe this is supposed to mirror ashes of Eden as one is about “stay with me don’t let me go”, and the other is about “I have lost the hope that I had left” and “fade away to the wicked world we left”. Not to mention the inverses of light and how he’s asking to be filled with light and “shine away until there’s nothing left but you” while here he talks about hearing the call of the light but instead embodies the darkness that the light shined away.
