Buffalo vs Kykuyu Grass Battle.

I started out with sapphire buffalo grass but has since been slowly taken over by the neighbours kikuyu. Here I discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each type of grass and why I’m not concerned that the kikuyu will dominate.

Thanks for the video Dan. I also have summer grass in by buffalo lawn. It is easy to pull out, but it is a pain. Your trees look good next to the fence.

Perfectly reviewed, I have baffulo sapphire and it’s the worst lawn in comparison to Kikuyu. No matter what please don’t Install it, you’ll be pulling weeds all year round and in the summer it requires a lot of water

Kikuyu is the best.Like you say staying on top of mowing is key with it.

what size battery you have for mower and how long does it last ?

I would recommend a twin battery lawn mower (18volts). A single battery mower wouldn’t last 30 minutes on a small yard
