My relatives stay in Dublin, is there anyway I can show their documents as proof of address? Also the website does not mention address proof explicitly anywhere? Is there a reason for that?

Can we apply with results or do we need to wait for transcript. Is it okay to travel outside with stamp 1g application acknowledgement number and come back with a valid irp card by receiving it to where we are.

Just a quick query - in case a person makes a typo error while entering the applicant name or date of birth or passport number and the applicant has submitted the stamp 1G application already. what is the process to correct it, will the immigration contact the applicant and update it or any idea on how this scenario would be handled by immigration or will the query be raised by the immigration in the portal itself to rectify?
As far as I know, since it is just a renewal IRP card if you already hold any previous IRP card in the country then the officer matches with your existing one. if not, just drop an email to the immigration officer, and then will be able to sort it. if you receive the wrong one, you can drop another email for card replacement and they will ask you to send the wrong one via post and you will receive the new (corrected )one later,
Please share the Process of stamp 2 to stamp 1g in Cork, Co.Cork. You have shared the process in Dublin but I would require the process who are living and graduating from UCC, Cork.
If they would require it they will drop you an email or contact you. Or you can email them. I know it is mandatory but it depends on the visa officer sometimes they dont check it.
Generally people in IT job get Critical visa , or its kinda hard . Let me know probability out of 10 . Actually I am confused between Ireland vs Canada . Heart says Ireland , brain says Canada . Hello! If the IRP card is expiring by December 31., when should we apply for the upgrade to stamp 1G? Is it that we should book the appointment date not earlier than 2 weeks before expiry date ?
Ideally you can apply one month before your expiry. But due to this pandemic situation from laast year the online process is slow and you can apply 2 weeks before expiry too. However in some cases people apply before one month also due to personal travel reasons so make sure you add in the additional notes why you applying before one month and considering the situation they might issue new IRP soon. Not everyone gets it done on time it totally depends on the GNIB team. Hope this helps.

In order to check for critical skills check the occupation list below: enterprise.gov.ie/en/What-We-Do/Workplace-and-Skills/Employment-Permits/Employment-Permit-Eligibility/Highly-Skilled-Eligible-Occupations-List/ If you are on Stamp 1G and you get a job that falls for critical skills you will be eligible for Stamp 1 and further in two years Stamp 4 and then apply for Residency afterward. Hi, in order to be eligible to apply for stamp 1G you need a college letter as proof that you completed graduation. The renewal date is usually within the date when your previous visa expired.

If he needs to travel during the visa expiry time he needs to renew stamp 2 otherwise he is good even if he stays with visa expired for couple of days. But it is good to seek advice from college, they create a letter that is needed to show to visa office regarding course completion and renewal of stamp 2

Hi , Currently the processing time for 1G is 2 months. if you are lucky you might get it processed within 2 days or maybe take from a month or two maximum. However you can also try emailing the immigration department to process on immediate basis. These are few trial done by people to get it processed early but there is no certainty if it would work for everyone, In terms of appointment I haven't come across this situation where one can join other. Best is post on Facebook group, someone will be able to share their experience. Hope this is helpful.

You can check at any private insurance valid for Ireland. I have personally taken VHI and studyandprotect. Reach out to them via email if they have any specific insurance for Stamp 3.

You need degree completion proof , so result should be fine. It is not advisable to travel with acknowledgment, Physical IRP is required.

My sons visa will expire on 1st Oct. He has completed his course but dissertation is pending. How can he het 1G or to renew stamp2
As soon as he completes the dissertation he can get stamp 1g for stamp 2 renewal he can seek help with colllege
But his visa stamp2 will expire by 1st oct 23. Dissertation may get completed by sep 23.

Technically you should have the IRP once you come back to the country. but if you leave the country on your passport it shoudn't be a problem.
