    Great explanation of Analog Loops, as always hats off for the tremendous efforts of you guys to help engineers worldwide to understand the basics which if comprehended correctly will lead to professional well operated and maintained facilities all because of your guidance, I have a question in ICSS Environment with FB programming, what do you recommend as training resources that can be easily understood to configure/work with Function Blocks, ex: Delta-V Control studio

    • @realpars
      @realpars  4 года назад

      The course at Realpars.com on PCS7 programming is a great place to start. PCS7 is configured via CFC blocks, which are function block elements. DeltaV is a similar system from Emerson Process Management, and they, and others, offer classes in DeltaV Control Studio and other software in the DeltaV family. If you are interested in learning the basics of function block programming that can be applied to multiple systems, the multipart PCS7 course at Realpars can provide a great foundation for a fraction of the cost of a typical vendor-sponsored course. If you are using DeltaV or ABB 800XA or another DCS system in your plant, check with your local rep to see which courses may be offered in your area.

    Thank you for all your videos. They are very useful to make basics strong. Can you please make a detailed video on Micro PLC? Whether redundancy is required or can be achieved..? If so, then how is micro plc different from normal PLC?

    Can we control a frequency inveter by 2 potentiometer ? How ?

    • @SrOsvaldo1
      @SrOsvaldo1 4 года назад +1

      All the models of frecuency drivers that i know have many options for the reference input, such as 0-5V, 4-20mA, digital, etc. but only one its the 'active'.

      @@SrOsvaldo1 but for a panel having only one frequency inveter, there are 2 potentiometer.....how I can program the another one for using both volt and milliampere signal?
