    These exercises were great, but my millennial brain could not handle the silence. I need music for distraction, lol. It was just as painful to be in my own mind and my breathing than the hip pain! 😅

    Anyone have any ideas for at home scoliosis physical therapy? Most ppl my age can do the splits but I can’t even sit up straight with my legs fully extended. I don’t think I can go to a doctor for it bc of covid-19. If anyone knows some easy low difficulty stretches or anything it would really help thanks.
