If you want to upgrade 2133mhz clock frequency RAM you can but based on processor and motherboard support you can get 2133MHz otherwise not.. and M.2 NGFF means M.2 SATA SSD in this SSD you can get 550MB/s read & write speed same as in 2.5inch SATA SSD. You can upgrade upto 256GB M.2 SATA SSD and 1 TB of 2.5inch SSD.. why 2.5 inch where m.2 port? I am using Transcend m.2 ssd and 500 gb hdd.
Now a days m.2 SSD not available in the Market. So I used 2.5inch SSD. But both have equal read & write speed.
I checked in specifications of laptop, it supports 256 GB PCIe ssd.
