Me too, Josh. I'm in self quarantine aswell, 5 days before I began my flights around the world my agent told me the flights were on hold until I had completed a three week period of self quarantine and then they would reschedule me! A sad part of the life in the world in which we now live! Hope you're ok, mate. All the best. Tim Edmunds

As a klm crew member( who travelled that route so many times😀) THANK YOU for the shout out! We do LOVE our job very much and hope to keep doing it for a very long time.
As a frequent flyer with lots of different airline experience I can say that KLM have the nicest and friendliest of flight attendants. I was nicely surprised the first time I tried their LH business class product. I’m not so much of a fan with the Middle East carries crews in comparison or BA
As a professional in tourism business; many times I found myself got bored with flights and airports in the past: and believe me now I watch your videos daily just to stay positive and missing my “bored” days, I hope the world recover soon and we will meet again in the blue skies🙏
I had an amazing KLM flight this past December from LAX to AMS in the throne seat in the nose of their business class on the 747. What a bucket list experience made better by how wonderful the flight crew were!

KLM staff deleted my reservation (after I received a written confirmation that it won't be cancelled), at ORD, KLM staff refused to help and I waited for nearly an hour on the phone to get help. In the airplane, water was dripping on me for more than an hour. I was soaked. The reply from the flight attendant: this is normal (and then she ignored me). The connecting flight at AMS was another nightmare. KLM failed before my flight, during my flights, and after my flights. I contacted them many times. KLM does NOT care, besides sending a copy/paste appology reply that doesn't say anything is nothing more than yet another insult.
I warn people never fly klm please ok
Totally agree, definitely one of the best airlines in Europe. They might not be the best on the hard side, but makes it up on the soft side.

about 44 years before I very often visited the small KLM-Office in East-BERLIN and got always something, timetable or sticker or anything to get onto my desired heart by a very very friendly lady. Of course she knew me and my dreams to fly anytime with KLM. After the down going borders in Germany I flew several times by KLM. The most beautiful trip was by a Boeing 747-400 to Sint Maarten with all the opportunities of spotting and looking around at Maho Beach. I had been on board the specious old dame of MD-11 to Dubai with an astonishing quick and powerful take-off. Whenever I was onboard of a KLM-jet the crew was absolutely friendly with a smile or chatting sometime joking with passengers. They show the hospitality and friendliness as well the open minded thinking of their country. Yes it is one of my favorite airlines! Have nice holiday in Bali but keep your eyes carefully at the volcano Mount Agung!

Great video Josh! Im glad to hear you love KLM. The business class seats on the 777 and A330 are indeed a little outdated but together with the launch of premium economy KLM will soon be installing a 1-2-1 configuration on their 777’s as well. It’s said that these seats will also come with a little door for even more privacy.
Tomorrow’s my first day at KLM, can’t wait to be part of this!

I have flown klm many, many times and love seat 6a on the 777 as it feels more private 😊

The Plaza Premium lounge in T1 is the biggest of the Plaza Premium lounge's in Changi. I always use that lounge and just use the trains to my departure terminals. Safe travels.

Hey Josh, I surely miss to be in that seat! Hopefully soon we can start travelling again and support our airlines! Referring to the alcohol in the Delft blue houses: When KLM flies to countries where alcohol is prohibited the houses are empty and have a yellow sticker to say they are empty. Once I flew to Kuwait and they got a batch with the gin so they couldn't hand those out. I think you can ask for an empty one in case you transfer.

Josh I agree with the BIG engine start up !! Music indeed !! CLOGS !! Salt and Pepper shakers ...!! Great review as always Josh and glad you are safe and sound in these most uncertain of times. The aviation industry world wide is a total mess and we all feel for the employees from the Pilots to the great cabin crew to the baggage handlers, ramp handlers etc ...not to forget the travel agents...the list goes on !! You summed it up so well approaching landing mate...awful bloody times ahead !! Lets hope KLM survive and one day fly to Australia !!
Friends of mine flew from Singapore airport last year and posted pics on FB. WOW - I am amazed. What a gorgeous airport. Haha we have several of those little Dutch Delft's blue houses - having flow KLM several times to Amsterdam.

In my case it’s not my spirit that left me when it comes to travel, but all those governments that introduced travel bans. If those were not in place I would’ve just kept on flying.

Hi Josh...
I flew with KLM last year from Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur, October 2019. It was a great flat bed seats. Inflight meal are tasty. Nice, friendly and fun cabin crews too. I will fly with them again for short haul Business Class. However their Long Haul Business Class airfare is a bit expensive though.

I'm 14 so I may be wrong, but Jakarta to Kuala Lampur on KLM is a fifth freedom flight, right?

Ah KLM! They're wonderful in all classes of service. And Schiphol as a hub, pleasant , clean, very well organized. And I'm missing the days I had access to their great Calendar, it's huge and the photos! I'm curious to know if they have an online shopping option cuz I could use a beautiful KLM umbrella! The liquor is Bols genever, a precursor to gin. You can buy the little houses with or without genever at House of Bols in Amsterdam. We toured there when we were in Amsterdam.
We are sad to stay home, but for my husband and I getting COVID-19 would likely mean death. We stay at home so we can fly another day.

KLM is always a great experience, the crew is always amazing, happy and determined to go the extra mile to make the passengers comfortable. KLM may not offer the most luxurious flying experience, but everything they offer is of very high quality even in economy class.
We have no happy crew there mwny times

Aloha Josh I have good memories from my childhood in1960t my family traveled often to Holland from Düsseldorf I was invited to the cockpit the Flight attended gave toys and of course the famous van Houten Chocolat bar.KLM had the nicest staff . I took my children Oversees a few times. I have a lot of respect for this Airline. Great service Always Glück auf

Hi Josh.. Great review..I have booked travel in the same seats in a long haul 19hrs flight, with my 7mnths kid.
Can you please tell me if engine noise is more in these seats than the main cabin. I still have option to change to 3a/b.
