Yeah this seems somewhat accurate to what could happen, but I get the feeling even hyper sonic might not be able to keep up with SSJG Goku since the different in power between SSJ2 with the UI technique and SSJG alone is massively different, mostly because SSJ2 is a 100X muliplier whilst SSJG is around a 10,000,000X multiplier from what I remember, and Blue would just be killing it and the UIO and UI forms should be just for showing off to prove sonic doesn't have any idea how much weaker he truly is compared to Goku, but if you want to handicap Goku then fair enough he pretty much let's his guard down too much and will eventually slip up because Super Sonic has infinite stamina as long as he has rings

Sonic doesn't need rings to maintain his Super/Hyper forms, its a game mechanic for challenge purposes. It's been shown many times sonic going super without using any rings and in the games in the cutscenes with super sonic even if the rings get to 0 he is still super.

Hyper Sonic is overkill he's powered by 7 super emeralds. Super Sonic is enough for tui goku Hyper is just unnecessary tbh
I know how the artist scales the two characters and I can warn you right now that Hyper Sonic would oneshot blue goku in less than 2 seconds
