TikTok says you need a business account to show a url but then you get a very limited song selection. However I see lots of business accounts that seem to be using top 40 songs in them. How is that possible?

The downloaded video will have IG logo with ID , any problem in uploading as shorts in RUclips ?

I wouldn't recommend uploading a video with a watermark. RUclips, TikTok and Instagram don't want to promote each other so if your video has one of their competitors' watermarks, the video won't do as well as a video without the watermark/logo.
