So, he stares longingly out the window as you drive away. He even moves to a different room to get a better view, just so that he can stare at you a little longer. When you are gone, he goes to the one place in the house that probably smells the most like you. Stays there until he can hear you coming back, and immediately returns to the last place he saw you, and waits. This is the purest form of love
Those first seconds when he just stares at the door and he's like "did... did he leave?.. no.. open it, open it please, open it" ♥️
We have to remember that while for us, they're only a part of our lives, for them, we're their whole world.
Everytime we go outside, they see their entire world going away, not actually knowing if we're coming back this time
