      It can be kept for 3 years.
      Mainly used as post natal tonic (after delivery)

    What language is this?? I’m finding it difficult to follow the procedure as I don’t know the language. If u can add the procedure in English in the description is good or else atleast I’ll ask anyone of my friends who knows this language.

    Mam , ee lehavannu delivery aagi eshtu Dinagalige kodalu start maadabeku & eshtu thingalu kodabeku . yaava time , eshtu quantity kodabeku ?

      Start taking the lehya after 11 days of delivery.
      It should be given till the mother stops feeding.
      Time : early morning, 5 grams with ghee and milk
