That’s just like, a fact, regardless of how I feel about him. In a weird way, this fight kinda shows off his best and worst attributes, as a hero, and as a person. As a hero, he’ll be willing to sacrifice his own arm just to get the job done and go head to head with some of the strongest villains in the world. But as a person, he’s been unable to confront his past head on, and will settle for figuratively burning the past for the second time instead of actually continuing to atone like he promised he would. Ultimately, it speaks to the kind of person that he is, someone who’s brave enough to go head to head with a villain like All for One and accept his wrongdoings, but too much of a coward to ever confront his own abusive past and do the bare minimum to atone for it. He can only admit that he was wrong and continue to do what he's been doing. All for One basically said “You’re awful,” expecting that to drag him down, and Endeavor just responded with, “you’re right, I am awful," and beats him. In a super weird way, I guess Endeavor is the perfect number one hero for society as is. A flawed and corrupt face for a flawed and corrupt society. It’s like poetry it rhymes..
I think people forget endeavor and shoto can shoot fire out of anybody part. Including eyes, mouth, anything. We've seen shoto use fire from his eyes before too
I think what happened with Endeavor and All for One at the end was that All for One used on of Overhaul's bullets on himself. Because Eri's quirk is the ability to rewind, not specifically to take a quirk away. So if the effect on a 'normal person' is that it rewinds their quirk factor to make it so they don't have one, then if someone life All for One uses it, could it be that he has too many quirks or has lived too long to rewind the same way? To the point where it will just rewind the damage he recently took? I think something like that is going on here
its kinda stupid actually, dude's abillity is to take quirks, thats how he gets multiple powers, as in takes the whole thing, and suddenly a few drops of blood condensed into a bullet is all he needs to copy the quirk or something? feels like a retcon for no other reason then to give endeavour a cool moment only to then pull a "fairy tail" level "HAHAHA SIKE HE AINT DEAD" to take it away with a complete asspull again dude does something that completely goes against how his "all for one" has been established to work
there are subtle changes here that were not present in the manga, e.g. in manga when Enji talks to himself he says ""You will never be a superhero Enji" (instead of "superhuman" like in the anime - which if you ask me kinda a big change)... You are one of the few people who kinda got the vibe that Horikoshi intended for (even tho the anime missed it a bit) - a bittersweet vibe of someone who embraces that his worst parts are also the parts that kept him alive, and he can t fight without them, doesnt know who he is without them, so to avoid hurting with it others - he directs it towards himself. To me it does not feel like a death flag, but it does feel like - Enji Todoroki will never be happy, coz he himself can tonly exist in constant rage, which he decided he deserves.
Remember before the training camp in the woods, when Deku and Bakugo had to go up against All Might? Basically, this is what would’ve happened to Bakugo if All Might was trying to do more than just knock them around.

Endevour is an experienced hero. He's not like the kids....he's been training his whole life. You could see when he was training the kids to be stronger. He had a great understanding of powers.
He can make masks out of flames, so he can shoot flames out of eyes. It’s not far fetched. The reason he prefers Hell Spider over heat vision is because he can control it better.
