Love your theories ❤️ I would however argue that this MV is very much related to the DARK MOON storyline. My interpretation is that the line they are talking about is both moral and physical in that it is the line between dimensions. Growing up in Vamfield orphanage they were always told to lay low and to suppress their abilities including the ability to jump dimensions (as seen in tamed dashed, let me in and Outro: wormhole) so as to not attract attention, or worse, create a paradox. In this MV they talk about “outdated logic” and “new rules” which indicate that they are no longer following that advice. But they also repeat the line “no paradox” showing that despite doing what they were always told not to do, it hasn’t created a paradox and therefore it is safe to keep going (“There is no disorder, just logic of a new era”). Now the big question is how does this dimension jumping/paradox invading tie into the DARK MOON story? In the second verse Niki says “the villain strikes back” which I interpret to mean the low level vampires we know they are currently hunters of. Then he says in reply “pow pow pow” as if they have fought back. It seems like this line is out of place in the context of talking about breaking the rules and jumping between dimensions but what if they are using this ability of ‘paradox invasion’ as a weapon against the low level vampires?
I don't agree. I like some of your theories, but unless you're connected to the guys themselves these are all your opinions. The "older generations" as you put it are also told to walk the line: the line that boys can be girls (they can't) , the line that a fetus is not a baby (it is), and that being a stay at home mom or part of a traditional nuclear family are bad (there's nothing wrong with that!). The lines we aren't allowed to cross are speaking up against the lies that the kids are telling everyone and following along with political correctness and that absurdity. One line has replaced another, and it's just as bad if not worse!
