When he started cutting it down the centre and adding foam strips !!!
May as well build your own board from scratch. Less hassle !

Impressive! Nice way to build a rocker table. What glue did you use inside the nose and attaching the two halves back together?

I just saw your video with the Deep Tuttle box. There you used a Gorilla Glue. That must also be a polyurethane foam. Mine was a normal polyurethane foam, as used in construction.
