What set up did you use to capture this. dslr camera or phone, stablizer? Audio on board mic or another method? I applaud your persistence by working thru the crowd to get such smooth footage.
One must bear in mind that there'll always be functions and events for them to appear at. It's logistically and time wise unfeasible and unrealistic to expect the entire band, silks, Song 🎵 Girls and Spirit Squad to be all there all the time! They probably have a roster which works on rotation. Which makes the most sense and is fair to everyone.
BTW I've made one rhetorical critique about the costume for the Drum Major. The "Trojan" why don't they have a scabbard for the sword? It has to get heavy toting it all the time! When 🤔 you're not in character or doing the part why not have the prop in a scabbard which would make life much easier!
