I grew up watching the top fuel altereds in the 60's, this new breed is just as exciting!
Just being there and having fun. That's how it all started out.
Thanks, can never get enough of AA/FA. Saw 'em at U.S. 30 dragstrip, Indiana, first ever visit to a dragstrip. Oh,the memories! Was a best of three match race between Pure Heaven & the Rat Trap.
Just the baddest cars on the planet, bar none. Saw my first AA/FA's at Irwindale, 1964'...and I was hooked ✌😎

Another great job of production! I especially enjoyed the driver interviews, something we don't get enough of in this type of video. We hear lots from Force and Capps but these folks are just as interesting. Thanks!

Any of you ever hear of the Alaskan grizzly altered from Alaska? I think one of the fastest times ever! The great Ron Fassel and Nevada rattler Ricky Ruiz came to Alaska raceway to race! I wish the National NHRA would have an altered class!😉👍

What's "altered" about them?
Ouch, bragging about tech just driving by on a scooter saying yup its a funny car at the very place Lee Shepard lost his life in a wreck. Maybe think of a different story with 50 years racing lol.
