WOW! This is just stunning. The lot, the street, the grounds, the trees (and that's just the outside). I just sighed. That front door, the detail, the finishes, the floorplan. I'm gagged! Whoever buys this home is one lucky son of a gun. As a side note, it surprises me how often I see old overhead power lines in these Nashville palatial residential neighborhoods. I'm sure people are taxed to the hilt in these metro areas.

Although, for sitting on an acre plus of land you can open a window and touch the neighbors on either side. 8:12 - yes that is the neighbor's house. That's not what you expect when you're paying a premium for the extra land. The lots are all long and narrow, they should have staggered the homes so every other one sat deeper in their lot and used trees to create more privacy.
