1965 - Teen Twist Party - Unknown 8mm Home Movie

Another film from the Jolly Roger Collection. I have no names or address for these films. I found them at an Antique Market north of Toronto last year. This film had a note inside which said 'Rogers Kid Party Twisting & Valentine Party's' There are two parties captured here, all from inside someone's basement. The kids are drinking soda pop and eating pizza.

Not too much twisting going on but more of the other dances that were popular around 1965 like the jerk, swim and monkey.

I was born in 1966, amazing that by the time I was 18, we had gone through the hippie Era, only that it was cool again to dress and have haircuts similar to the teens in this film. By the 1980's it was the 2nd British Wave
