Glad to see a Canadian give a good review on the 850. I have 2 2020 850 only both are the blue, wanted 1 of each colour. I absolutely love my machine, my wife couldn't be happier on hers. You've installed some excellent mods, keep the vids coming
Looks good I have exact same one and just like you was hesitant about the kimpex windshield but opted for it cause of plowing. I love it. Just got my bumpers about 3 weeks ago. Took forever. Love the videos keep them coming

I just took delivery of a 21 model the same colour as yours. Polaris removed some content for this year (I think 2020 was the one to get...you are lucky!). Mine is a Trail like yours, but they don't upgrade the tires to the 27in Duros anymore, mine has the standard CST 26s. No more cut and stitched seat, no more fancy headlights. No more arched A arms. On the plus side, the front and rear bumpers are included with the Trail pkg now and all 21's have a battery tender plug right on the gauge pod and the accessory switch knockouts. I was a bit bummed when I learned that was how they come now, but supply of new machines is very limited due to supply/demand issues so I pulled the trigger. I do definitely plan to put bigger/better tires on it and I can live without most of the other stuff. Keep makin the vids, thx for the content! Sub'd
Ya, I know. The keep changing the line up. An example, is if my bike was 2019, it would have the third brake light and bumpers, as well as the arched a arms and everything bit the stitch seat.
@@MorphnSeaGull It looks like yours has the bluetooth pairing as well. That's gone now too
@@PapaC-ej3kz why, really, that sucks. My friends 2018 XP1000 has bluebrooth pairing as well. It is good for calls received and messages.
My 2021 Sports 850 touring just came in! Accessories will be here next week that I ordered but I got some time on the trails at least!
I waited over two months for the bumpers. I am going to get the work light and wore it up myself.
I like your mod i just ordered 3rd brake light from the 1000 to my 850 look amazing you should do it for 107$ only led lights

Getting mine delivered tomorrow same color but the 2021 I like the seat and lights better on the 2020 but couldn't find any .
If you want the seat, have your dealership look it up for the 2020 cut and stitch seat. Also, if you want the led light kit, it can be purchased separately for around $520 CDN. The light kit is 2884859. It comes with the wiring to replace the stock lights, but when you hit the lights, they all come on.

2021 850 loses alot of features . Stitches in seat , arched A arms . Nice lookin machine . I have had two flare windshields they do not stand up to normal trail riding . You did a great review and nice job on the video . Fellow cannuck .
2020 loses a lot compared to 2019. 2019 came with arched arms, heated grips and thumb, front and back bumpers. Center brake light.

@Horsepower Garage. I know. I had to purchase the bumpers, not included in the premium trial edition purchase in 2020.
What mirrors/mounts are those? I cant fit polaris ones around my brake master cylinder on the handles.

I'm trying to figure out how to get a rear cargo box because it does not show one on the website I have the touring edition but I thought if I take the seat off maybe that would still work do you have any ideas?

I have a 2020 sportsman 850 premium LE that I need a windshield for. I keep seeing the Flare windshield on them, but I can not find it anywhere! Where did you get yours from? And, are there any other ones out there that will fit this machine that anyone knows about besides the Polaris one????
You can find one from Kemplex. That is the one on my bike in this video. It cost about $150CDN. I bought it from Deerhaven in Belleville, Ontario. You can find it on Kemplex website.

what size are the tires
The tires are front 27x9x14, rear 27x11x14 but they are not actually 27. They are measured at 25.5"

@@DeadGull72 wow isn’t that like 62 mph if it is wow that’s kinda slow a sportsman 570 can hit that speed kinda disappointed

I have a 2022 Polaris 570 sportsman Trail and I purchased the Polaris windshield and mirrors but I’m not sure if there’s gonna be room on the handlebars I’m wondering if you had any problems?
There are no issues with that. You can put the mirrors and windshield on with no issues. I have e not any issues with that.
