this is just a weaker version of yoru cuz you can do the same with the same sats while using yoru but more moves' and more dmg and reach, So basically iceborn katana is just a just a nerfed yoru.
and doing the freeze then 700 dmg thing with yoru is more consistent since it block breaks why dont you do a video like this but with yoru and see the difference.
and by 700 dmg i mean triple slash if you hit all three you can get up to 700+ dmg(1200 in sword with mihawk hat) you could make it work by only using hie for the freeze and extenders not for dmg, but rely on yoru for the dmg, which is busted cuz if 70+ m1 and the moves)
make sure u have good hp tho use roger fit for he hp boost and alot of other stuff for hp boosts since your only going to have like 300 points in hp, It still works cuz i have a decent amount of hp which is 1545 and 1645 with my race buff

I have a build recomendation for you use tori + candy cane + cyborg and out heal your ''victim'' and beat him with the storm .
A better option for R full charge is just use Yomi E, it stuns for enough time and its not a ult

Cc will regen 15% of your health, Tori for the regen move and natural regen and cyborg for self repair
