@ just the regular system. I ended up installing a powered sub and upgraded all the speakers and removed the little amp. Yoh could get very far by doing this little amp and a powered sub. There’s a guy on YT that does the full install of a Rockford Fosgate 8” powered sub and he has that micro amp and he’s really happy.
Game changer!! My last truck had Bose and the premium 9 speaker system (non-JBL) in my new Tundra was pretty disappointing. This amp took like 20 minutes and opened it right up. I found the gain settings at 2 o’clock perfect. Worth the money. Much crisper and don’t have to crank it to 50+ anymore. It bumps at 30-35 now.
i just installed it om 2023 tundra limited with JBL , i think it's the most easiest upgrade on budget , give a more bass on the stock system , and clarify on the sound and tweeter . i love this product and recommend to others ! thank you

Installed mine in 20 mins, excellent add to my tundra jbl sound system. The sound quality improved across the entire spectrum. Vocals are clearer and musical instruments are more pronounce.
Any difference in your jbl rear sub. Stock jbl I found to get much more bass from the front speakers than the rear sub without the amp. My amp gets here next week. Excited but curious.@@taylormade710
Just installed mine. Very easy and a very noticeable difference. I replaced my door speakers but still wasn't pleased with the sound. This little amp brought my phoenix gold door speakers too life. Crazy how much better it sounds.
Just did this today on my 23 Tundra! Immediate difference. The JBL should have come like this from factory. You can feel the base in the seat now, and much clearer. You do get used to it pretty quick, but it’s definitely a much better sound. Easy install, much recommended.
Hi, is there any risk of damage to the amplifier or head unit? As far as I understand, you cannot amplify and amplifier - you can increase the voltage of the line level input and apply EQ which I'm assuming this does. Ultimately, I'm curious if there is risk to the amplifier if this increases the voltage of the input past the factory spec?

This kit amplifies the sound signals with our signature tune after the radio and before the factory speakers and amp. Most like the impedance on the stock subwoofer is 4 ohms but we are not certain

Are there any tutorials on how to connect an LC2i to the JBL powered Sequoia? I did it on a Highlander Hybrid without JBL. Not sure which wires to tap when they're amplified. Was also wondering if going into the columns to tap into wires is unnecessary with the JBL system since there are now wire harnesses under the seats connecting to the amp.
The factory radio in the platinum is the worst ever, so distorted and my sound guy said it was the signals but upgrade for a read good sound was between 6 and 10k and I’m not trying to go there but I do want it to bump! What would you suggest with a budget of like $2,000?
Thank you! 2023 tundra platinum a bit better. Amp only needs to be at half throttle. It literally just makes the mids and highs better with volume between 30-45 now. It’s definitely better now but for 70k kinda of a shitty set up.
Reading through comments/replies… So this is a “4x45” amp that powers “front channels.” What channels is it actually amplifying with that power? Each front door speaker and tweeter? My ‘24 limited tundra has the premium JBL WHICH IS 11 speakers (3 across the dash, 2 front door woofers, 2 front door tweeters, 2 rear door woofers, and 2 rear door tweeters) plus a subwoofer for 12 channels. I’ve seen Beat Sonic replies suggesting it improves the actual subwoofer response. How is that even possible with a 4x45 amp? Seems disingenuous as it probably only can enhance the bass response of the door woofers which is probably why people are complaining of their doors rattling after install. I don’t doubt this product will improve the sound, but I think @beat-sonic needs to be WAY more clear on what this product does, how it works and what speakers it’s actually enhancing rather than making it seem like it’s a cure all solution for the entire system.

Pro tip for anyone doing this - once you run everything, chances are you can get to the amp again once you pop that center tray in the dash. I was able to tune my gains again even after I put the whole display back together. Another tip - when tuning your gains, keep them at the 12/6 o’clock marks they’re shipped at and put your stock Tundra EQ back to the centerlines for Treble/Mid/Bass. Then bring the gains to where you think the notes are getting crispiest in the three ranges, then return from the stock EQ. That seemed to work best for me.
Over 10 local installs and 150 sales of these recently and no rattles reported thus far. Obviously if you have coins left in the cup holder next to the door speakers, they will rattle when the bass hits.

There’s no risk of damage to the amplifier or headunit. The voltage remains the same.

This solution is compatible with the non JBL models. Give it a try, your bass will kick more than you expect and may not have a need for a subwoofer

Check to make sure the pockets on the door are cleared from items that can rattle
Customer service is bad! They don’t respond fast enough. It’s forever to get replacement parts! I literally waited hours and hours! So unhappy!
