I want to add I not had problem with 3ta even early 3ta versions Edit: installer by ImVirusMike fixed first problem but second still not fixed even on 4.90

@warlegend6016 Sorry! Yes you need to connected to PSN to play. Update wise, I recommend spoofing your firmware for psn. If you update it on the console using Sony's servers, it will disable HEN.
