Fresh parsely and fresh celery are always hard to find in pakistan...only fresh coriander is abundant in markets.
You can easily find these herbs in markets use their spices instead of fresh

This is like making chicken-vegetables stock and mixing it with white sauce? Topped with chicken and croutons? Am I right?
I made it without blending the chicken. It was good enough. If you like chicken chunks like me then don't blend the chicken.
I was looking for someone to say they tried it with the chunky chicken. Thanks

What can i add instead of celery?
Please make some Turkish soups like Tarhana or any other (they also drink soups with bread's pieces 🤤)
