I love your music and listen to it quite frequently. What I love most about it is that it's relatable in the sense of mental illness having anxiety in different forms. Does that make any sense? But in a society where people are still learning about mental illness and still aren't quite open about it, listening to your music is, in my opinion, one of the ways you're expressing it. In turn, you may be helping others who don't have/experience anxieties to understand as well as helping those who do experience it on a daily basis to cope. In short, just keep doing what you're doing!
