This is the best enamel cast iron on the market. I own several pieces and they all performed the same. Makes the cooking enjoyable

I did some research on Staub, they are the best of the best in the industry. I LOVE THIS DESIGN. So cool. But I have 5.75 quart and it is just too heavy and large. I think my needs go to the 3-4 quart. Works great on induction single stovetop. Love the guy from QVC, you can tell when he really likes something that he tastes, he is so excellent at selling this stuff.
