Didn't came out too old, didn't came too recent.. it shaped the golden age of Filipino bands even more. It's just my opinion but... Even this song is as old as I am. I will forever be grateful and will always listen to this song. It's that beautiful

Joy sang in the car scene (before the tragedy) that she wanted to learn how to drive a car. Ironically she dies being hit by one.
This is just my take but isn't it sad when failing our dreams often become the death of us. Isn't it sad that the victim in all this was the only character who kept moving forward yet in the end had to meet a tragic end? The people she trusted most just drifted away the moment it was inconvenient for them but she waited. She boasts about them to her daughter. All they remember was that moment years ago when they messed up but Joy remembers the best parts.
And the musical ends with a somehow wistful scene with all four of them back in that car scene, driving, with Ligaya infront. Ligaya would keep the story going forward.

I just watched this yesterday and it’s my first time to watch a Filipino play and i was so amazed. Very nostalgic and the cast are superb! Everything was created perfectly. Now I understand why my friends watched this again for the 3rd time. To be honest I’m not really a fan of play not unless I’m familiar with it but this really changed my perspective. Job well done to the cast producer writer everyone behind this successful play. And kudos to Eraserhead’s iconic music. Will be watching it again!

I was thinking why Banlaoi's character was named "Banlaoi". Might be because banlaoi (pronounced as banlaw) means "hugas", or hugas-kamay. Banlaoi caused almost all of Joy's suffering in the play but when Joy died, he acted as if he's innocent. Naghugas kamay. Not sure kung ito nga nasa isip ng producers, but not impossible.

when hector said 'strong si joy, kaya nya yan' really broke my heart, it doesn't mean na strong si joy maka kaya nya yun. yes, kinaya ni joy but she need emman, anthony and especially hector. it's sad kasi yung lahat nangyari kay joy hindi nya sinisisi sila hector. : (

Used to singing this on Kara-oke. Now after watching the musical, this song holds more value and meaning. Wow. The music of Eraserheads translated to real and tangible experiences depicting the truth of our times. Just wow.

I’m a musical theatre enthusiast, watched tons of shows here and in London. Honestly, wasn’t expecting much from this show, inisip ko siguro okay since may come back, finally got to see it two weeks ago and ibang klase, sobrang ganda. I want to watch this again with my mom. I highly recommend everyone to watch this show, ang galing ng casts, ang galing ng istorya, at the end my friend and I were crying! Worth every penny!
As a person who’s a fan of musicals (although very picky), this is just amazing!! I hope this musical gets the recognition that it deserves.

Watched it yesterday and I greatly recommend that you all watch it too. I've watched other musicals like Wicked, Les Miserables but this one has its own magic in its characters, arrangements and most importantly its story.
I don't want to spoil anything but I assure the story will surprise all of you. Everyone and I mean everyone in the theater were crying.
