Is it actually me who had cancer?

The question I ask myself everyday, because I never could feel my cancer it was so easy for me to turn on auto pilot mode and just focus on surviving through it and fighting it and taking each day as it comes. Even when people say ‘you got through it!’ I still feel 95% of the time like it wasn’t me who kicked cancers ass, that it was someone else.

I wasn’t going to upload this video I recorded just now but I think it’s important to share these feelings as cancer is a bloody hard thing to go through and I feel it’s important to take time out when you feel overwhelmed and face those ‘it’s ok not to be ok’ feelings in order to acknowledge them, process what you’re mind, emotions and body had been going through, breathe and move on 🙏🏼

This technique helps me stay positive and strong so I thought by being brave and sharing how I feel, it may help others feel comforted and not alone 💞
