As a male, when I book hotels I always make sure they have a place to work out. I really like cardio when I travel, so treadmill, ellipticals, stairmasters etc. I can do push ups, sit ups and stretching in my room.
And to top things off, a nice hot tub and shower before breakfast or dinner.
But this is me.
Your workout looks pretty good too and if it meets your goals..... that's all that matters! And all done from the safety and comfort of your own room!
