    hope in future videos you chat more abut buying land, raw land, or teardowns and how to find the right contractor. I want to have something cute in the worchester or up in gardener area.

    That was a Great list. Nice work guys. I would choose Northampton Any day except we miss the ocean. I also love Gardner being closer to Worcester and Boston area as well. Of course the Cape is great but it’s a little expensive. Glad I’m in Yarmouth Port though overall. Dennis beaches ARE great! And I never heard of Gosnold either! Lots of energy you bring to the channel!!

      I love NoHo, it's gotten expensive but all the little surrounding towns are easier on the wallet and still allow the food, arts and activities of Northampton. I also love the shoreline. I lived abroad for 5 yrs and living right on the shore cost on average 655.00 per month. I sure do miss those prices.

    Retire in Mass with the prices there? No way could I afford to.
