And then there was the time where critically acclaimed MMORPG FFXIV sold out of DIGITAL copies because too many copies were being bought in such a short period of time. So yeah. This was the third time it's happened.

That was 5000+ for European data center with the most peupled world, and that not a long queue as well, in fact the issue was not the queues, it was players getting a ton of errors in a raw for like a month who's give a feeling of a 20k+ queue D: And we got the same thing on Shadowbringer (in 2019), Square didn't even do anything for their servers yet there were more and more players :(
