This is so good. Almost perfect tracking. And nice use of masks as well. How do you get such smooth edges / shadows?

Thanks! it's a combination of feathering the masks and for the shadows I like to use a bit of gaussian blur to soften it up, sometimes I even keyframe it so each frame or so has its own setting
