    Here is something you can do at home while the gym is closed. Modify your shadowboxing by using only a set of punches during each minute of the three-minute round.
    1st Minute: Only Straight Punches (Jab & Cross)
    2nd Minute: Only Hooks (Lead & Rear)
    3rd Minute: Only Uppercuts (Lead & Rear)
    In this video, I demonstrate a full three minute round for you to show you how it works. You can then take a small break and start the routine again for 2 to 3 rounds.
    Remember to keep your hands up!
