Even before I knew anything about Swamiji and spirituality I used to meditate (not regularly though) and I myself have experimented different types of meditations. But I found it extremely difficult to concentrate my mind any way. Then one day I tried doing meditation thinking God's image in mind (specifically baby krishna). My mind was absolutely calm. Then I started meditating not on still image but imagining baby God to be my child and waking him up from sleep, feeding with own hand, doing shringar. Amazingly my mind was calm and time passed extremely fast in that meditation. Since then I was practising that way but I never knew this meditation has got a specifoc name. Then finally I came to find Gurujii's video and then I understood its called Roopdhyan meditation. I was surprised to find that it has a name also because i found it through experimentation. Later I realised Gurujii's teaching resonates with me deeply. Before that no other enlightened master's speech could touch my heart ,my soul that way. Also I am astonished to see the picture of guruji in this video. I use to sit exactly in this posture while meditation no other posture and mudra makes my mind calm. Strange!
Swamijee's ' roop dhyan ' program always makes me oblivious of my immediate surroundings . Thank you Swamijee for this powerful technic . Radhey Radhey .
I don't have words to express gratitude to Swamiji and JKyog for transforming my life for good, for teaching me to be feel God, for distributing love and generosity all around!! I have never come across anything filled with so much love.... there's love even in Swamiji breath and his words reaching the ears through his words!!!!! Extremely extremely grateful for making my life worth living and making me so capable to stand boldly in the face of adversities with a happy heart mostly (still work in progress) but I have found the most expensive treasure in infinite universes
