Chi Chi was the brightest smile and personality to ever grace that stage. Everytime she smiled, laughed, joked, she just brought a light into the room. She’s a legend. RIP
Chi Chi came into our hearts STRONG and showed us it does NOT take a zillion dollars worth drag to become an ALL STAR or BEYOND! It was her very existence that proved to me that drag comes from the heart and it's because of her own story that I choose to never give up on my own! RIP ANGEL!
Thank you so much for making this. I feel like no coverage is really talking about the impact Chi Chi had on those of us in the community. They just say she died and then share a Ru Paul quote and her time on drag race -- but she was so much more than that. She was one of a kind and I don't know that the show will ever be blessed with that kind of raw talent and light again. I feel so bad for Miss Kennedy too. She lost a real sister. I met her in person in 2018 where she tried to give me a free autograph (but I insisted on paying her). I've met several any Ru girls but Chi Chi was always, always, always my absolute favorite. So kind, so talented. I was so excited to see her soar. It feels so unfair to lose someone so wonderful when there's so much evil in this world. I will forever miss her.

When I heard she was in hospital I prayed for a recovery and to hear of her death is absolutely heartbreaking. This was a beautifully done tribute to Chi Chi, I'm saddened and heart broken 💔💔💔, she was such a beautiful, talented, creative, unproblematic, sweet, kind person, and was a fierce Queen, she was hard not to love, I loved to hear her talk, that southern drawl she had, and she absolutely could tear up a stage with her dancing and was truly an assassin when it came to lip syncing, she never caused drama and never inserted herself into drama, she had so much life and light in her that shined so bright, and had so much more to show us, but sadly was taken, now she shines brighter and dances among the stars, she will truly be missed, rest in peace Chi Chi, you were a beautiful bright star here on Earth and now you shine brighter in heaven, much love ❤❤❤.
We cruised the Greek Islands with Chi Chi. Then Christmas Queens in Portland. Then DragCon 2017 in L.A. Then in Palm Springs with Pandora Boxx at Toucan's. "Girl, this is some bullshit!" RIP, LOVE

Thank you for posting this video. This is one of the more respectful ones. Some of the ones I’ve seen are just for clicks and are distasteful. Chi Chi was a role model for a lot of people. She was beautiful inside and out. I didn’t know her personally but she shined on who she was and what she represented, thank you for showing that.

Yes I know I lived there for a year or so. Thankfully we have universal health care here in Aus. Such a shame that Americans aren’t afforded that right over there.
I miss her so desperately. I've been going through RUclips putting together a playlist of everything that I can find of her. For some reason it hasn't gotten any easier for me. It's very rare that we're blessed to experience such a genuine beautiful spirit. I'm so sad but at the same time I'm so angry at that horrible disease and what it took from her.

Oh ! VicTor !! My heart is so heavy !! We are loosing too many of our Queens !! Chi chi was so loved ! The disease that took her is a horrible one, and we need to find a cure !! I have lost quite a few friends to This, and it can and does effect the major organs !! It's painful and our people need to come together !! our drag community is heartbreaking after the loss of chi chi I was about to host my first drag show ft her with Kenandy Davenport if this covid was not in play im so bummed that I can't have her come to my hometown of central Oregon but look on the bright side we can al ways do Heidi n closet as a replacement
Chi chi was actually the reason I got into drag race, I was scrolling through RUclips and saw a lip synch video, not knowing what it was I clicked on it and saw the call me lip synch and then quickly became obsessed with the show. Thank you chi chi.
