Love Wyoming! We are selling 2 1/4 acres with views of the mountains by 280 acres of state land. We love to sit outside at dawn and dusk and watch the sunrise and sunset. Nothing more relaxing than seeing the mountains change color. At dusk the sun shines on the tall peaks (13er) while the front range turns dark. Just good people here too!

I'm happy to see pockets of water. It will be much easier to get well drilling equipment (or any building equipment) onto that property compared to property #1.
Absolutely! Water should not be a problem and after talking with a few of the neighbors. So, it's looking good...just need to get the junk off the property

@FitnFire I guess it depends on which end of Wyoming you're on. I'm near central Utah. So if you're near Evanston it's like a 2 hour drive. If you're near something like Buffalo you're looking at like an 8 hour drive 😂

Curious question we're all thinking, for something like this, are there any concerns with vandals, squatters, home invasions, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires or dangerous animals?? Or even worse, californians? 😂
The short answer is yes. However, for squatters and/or vandals, that is the importance of creating a strong tie with your neighbors to help prevent that and/or communicate what they’re seeing.
The biggest concern on my property would be wildfires. It’s remote enough that no one “should” be out there and tornados are really not an issue there. But the WIND 💨 OOF!!
