You are SO right……..I have found that when I suddenly start getting knee pain, I almost invariably find that my saddle has slipped back 2 - 4 mm! Keep up the great videos!
I ride 360mm bars and I like my Q factor to be narrow as I’m not a wide guy. I even like the shoes as close to the crank arm as possible without rubbing.
My knee issues came from locked up, almost fused lower spine, hips, pelvis and glutes. Spent months literally pulling them apart with stetches...can feel the popping and crunching (in a gold way) and over time, now I can cycle pain free.
Thanks for this! Got a knee issue and it has persisted for ages, strikes worst when on the turbo. Can’t seem to shake it with 6mo of stretching and strengthening the glute etc etc etc - came from an acute injury but is now chronic discomfort. Bloody knees!!!
You need a little break, like 1 month no cycling, and focusing the glutes and VMO, stretching, and strengthening exercise of this muscles. Don't forget to visit yourself with a orthopedic doctor.
@@R0b3ertappreciated again - I do think maybe a long rest at this point could be good. Won’t get one from going up and downstairs for the kids though 😂
@@MaxRevittYour welcome Max! :) If your knee hurts while cycling, you should stop and not continue. Focus on your body, why it hurts. A little rest, and core mobility can improve your knee problem. (If the bike set correctly) :)

That messy cable in back drives me crazy 😂
Do you do bike fitting ?
I don't think he does, this is a cooking channel.
He’s done it for world tour pro’s.
@ wondering if he does them at the present time for folks virtually, that is all
