  • USAC Sprint Cars at Circle, City Raceway are always exciting. It’s a barnburner, because this is one of the smaller tracks we race on located in Indianapolis on the south east corner of the circle. The night starts off good as always, but takes a turn in Qualifying and sets the mood for another deep night, but we turn it around and drive from 22nd to 11th by the end.

    I thought for sure you were in line for the Hard Charger that night. Was surprised to see 3rd picked up 11+ spots as well.

    Chin Up and Eyes Forward, you are the one and Only TMez ! Even King Kinser did not win All The time, you made it to 11th picking them off one by one. Would you rather come over to my house and redo my floors? Best of Luck and Skill moving Forward.

    When I watch this, I’m thinking slow down the corner entry speed, to give yourself a better controlled drive off of the apex. It worked for me in years of racing motorcycles on dirt ovals. I drove a Gambler non wing sprint car a couple of times in a practice situation, and I could never predict which way it was going to go when I stepped on the gas😂 I don’t know if I could drive one in traffic. I admire you guys who do 👍

  • @maccampbell8184
    @maccampbell8184 Год назад

    I'm no Sprintcar driver but you seemed to hit the rut on turn 4 lap after lap, maybe if possible comd down track a bit and maybe a little less entry speed to keep the car straighter for a quicker corner exit.
    Chin up TMEZ you will bounce back bigger and better than ever.

    Ever since that 2e situation it's been a hard year for you especially with the head bump. It's unfortunate that everything is a hop skip and a jump at the moment but you will find your momentum again. Btw Shane found power in that 2e as soon as he got in it so Mr. Tony must have changed something

      Eh, driver puts in in gear before going out on the track… its the drivers responsibility.
      If I owned a car again, I’d make sure it had a lever shifter so its much less likely to not fully engage.
      As they say though, shit happens.

    Are there any videos from Redhill Raceway? I was pretty excited to see you race at my favorite local track. but it was kinda disapointing that there werent more cars.

    • @mjriemen
      @mjriemen Год назад

      Redhill was on Dirtvision. I think the highlights are on Dirtvisions RUclips page.
      T-Mez ran around 7-8th most of the feature. Which sounds good but there were only 7-8 competitive cars.
      It was a pretty disappointing show all around.

    • @mmiller3611
      @mmiller3611 Год назад

      @@mjriemenI know I was there in person. I meant for T-mez TV though I would love to see kind of a behind the scenes for Redhill. Maybe things will pick up for Redhill this next year. The track hasn't been reopen all that long. I hope so because it's only 20 minutes from my house.

    • @mjriemen
      @mjriemen Год назад

      @@mmiller3611 Yeah hopefully.
      I bet if they ran some Non Wing Sprintcar shows theyd probably get a decent car count. It’d be a good track for MSCS to get on the schedule.
      Hopefully Red Hill will do well the next couple of years.
