Come to think of it, there’s a lot of Andi Deris era songs that’d be fun to hear in the style of current Helloween
To name a few; Mr. Ego, Escalation 666, Falling Higher, Paint a New World.

I only had the keeper albums before the new album prompted me to dive into the deris era and I regret having missed out until now.
It’s great seeing Kai Hansen also having a great time playing songs he didn’t record.
Hats off to all involved for burying the hatchet and making this happen for the fans.
@@Punttipate62 Regarding that song, I believe Weikath said at some point that there is one song they will never do live and I think he was referring to Mr. Ego.
I really love the fact that Deris and Kiske function together very often and share the stage unexpectedly well. It’s not that they take turns and each sings his songs. The moment I saw Kiske coming out to sing along on this particular song during their live show in my country i started to cry, exactly like the first time I heard “Why”. It was magical
Kiske singing this song is really awsome, his voice mix with Deris voice is perfect.

Andi deris is an amazing singer. Love kiske also. Andi can sing high, clean, a half raspy clean, and raspy. He can do it all and write great tunes.
Kiske is more technically impressive but deris is a bit more versatile for rock and metal. They complement each other quite well. So great they were able to make this work.

Maiden's case wasn't properly a reunion, but another replacement.
Reunion?? WTF, do you even know what a reunion is? Maiden replaced the vocalist and for that re-hired a previous vocalist plus re-hired a previous guitar player.... And thank god for that, the band is as powerful as ever and keeps kicking ass!!!! Best band ever!

Eu acho incrível o modo como as vozes do Kiske e do Deris combinam demais uma com a outra. Os dois se completam de uma maneira sobrenatural. Tanto nós ao vivos de músicas "antigas", quanto nas do álbum recentemente lançado. Faz parecer que a escolha do Deris em 1994 já foi feita pensando na possibilidade de uma reunião futura
É uma sintonia e uma energia tão boa de sentir que a banda passa pro público (mesmo que vendo por vídeo)

Mano, o Kiske é muito humilde cantar uma música da fase do Deris. A maioria dos músicos não fazem isso, e pra mim é o êxtase dessa reunião. Ficou sensacional, sem contar que era praticamente impensável algo assim. Pqp, absurdamente histórico!!!
E a letra dessa música é muito significativa, father it's time, chegou a hora! Essa reunião do Helloween realmente é um ponto fora da curva, fizeram tudo muito bem feito!!
Cara, se tu vê desse jeito em relação ao Kiske, imagina o Hansen que toca todas as músicas do setlist e ainda faz backing vocal de boa parte delas

Surprisingly this song fits Michael's voice perfectly fine! Wonderful stuff!!! :)
Why is that surprising? He could probably sing most of the master of the rings and time of the oath stuff perfectly, cause most of it is in the old melodic vein.

Eu não imagino o Helloween sem essa formação absurda. Andi e Kiske nos vocais ficou impecável, deu uma energia imensa a cada musica, que não dá pra ser como era antes. Que o Helloween continue assim, até o fim de seus dias. Tá Maravilhoso meus amigos ;)

@@IGP003 If you say it's better to kill him, then you are on a par with the racist Englishmen, because when Bruce Dickinson left the band, they looked for a replacement to replace him. The only singer who would be suitable was Michael Kiske, unfortunately racism was the mainstay in the UK and they decided to hire a guy who sang to the pork chop. There was no question of your Andy because neither Dickinson nor Kiske grew up to heels vocally.

Essa música casou com a voz do Kiske. Ele canta ela em uma região bem confortável respeitando sua tessitura que em meio a turnê mundial, e com shows de 3 horas, não deve ser nada fácil ficar apenas em músicas como March of time... na verdade, as dos keepers em geral não são fáceis de manter em turnê.
Luis Carlos B Monteiro Eagle Fly Free também não é tão fácil. Olha, que ele nem canta we got the right na turnê.
