May I make a suggestion. When comparing flood lights, turn off or block the other. It’s very hard to distinguish the spill on wide angle lights. Otherwise a great video as usual FE. Happy holidays.

Thank you for that comparison. Very underrated light! Quite interesting to know that there is/was a version with blue accents and NarsilM, I though only the first version with the silver accents had it and everything after that come only with Anduril. Also, never knew about the slight difference in reflectors.
I have mine(NW with Anduril) for almost two months now and I really like this little beast. No bunny logo on my unit though... :\
What is the max sustained lumens you measured on yours?
When I received mine, I calibrated the temperature sensor and set the thermal limit to 70°C. I put the light in a room at ~20°C and conducted a ~35min test run. Judging by eye, I set the brightness to a level witch corresponded to ~70%(again judging by eye) of the brightness of my BLF SP36 LH351D 5000k when on TURBO. Head temperature stabilized and didn’t exceed 59,3°C(measured with pyrometer), body temperature stabilized at 54,5°C and didn’t exceed that. No observable step-down during this test.
I also decided to put a DC-fix-like foil on the lens, because the tint shift(even though not that noticeable in most cases) was kinda bugging me when I was bouncing it off of a wall or ceiling.
I'm also really interested in the Amp draw on this bad boy...
Stand by battery drain on my unit at 14.8V and with working switch LED(default brightness), was about 92µA, which is a kinda high... Interested to know what's yours.
Keep up the great work, man! Cheers!

Well, in terms of max sustainable level, I managed to run it on 50% brightess for 8 mins, and on 40% brightness for over 15 mins, yet head temp showed even 115*C. After thermal configuration to 7-*C, it stepped down to ~1.600 lm with head temp reaching 60*C

Would you recommend this over the Imalent MS06.

    • @FlashlightEnthusiast
      @FlashlightEnthusiast  2 года назад +8

Definitely. Imalent looks cool and has similar power in practice. However, build quality and performance, as well as UI wise, Lumintop has clear advantage over Imalent in my opinion here

Do you know why zeroair got 4000lm sustain compared to your version?

He used to measure runtimes with a cooling fan ;) might be the case, as mine is always uncooled

I'll receive mine in 9 days! Hopefully it's the NarsilM version..
Also You should check the new Astrolux EC06 16000 lumens 🤔
    Thanks for the video 🥰

@@FlashlightEnthusiast Na różnego rodzaju wypady i do zabawy mam mniejsze latarki a szukam czegoś z większa ilością lumenów jak i dobrym wykonaniem . No chyba ze byś polecił coś innego ? . Pozdrawiam 👍👍

My gt3 doesn’t have the rabbit logo on the switch and it’s quite disappointing.
And I got mine nearly a year ago.
Other than that I believe it’s one of the brightest soda can lights out there but I also have the new Astrolux ec06 which is similar if not brighter

@@armandoramirez2911, EC06, much smaller and plus you can reach up to 28-30K lumens depending on what batteries you use.

I honestly doubt it. 6x XHP50.2 3V can generate no more than 26.000 lm at peak, providing that you supply them with enough current. Stepdown would be very sharp in less than 30 seconds...Check out FLASHOHOLIC video
