Remove all “Boult Audio Airbass” Bluetooth connections from your phone and turn off Bluetooth. Then Place the earbuds in the charging case, then remove them to enter pairing mode. Tap both the left and right earbuds 5 times simultaneously until you hear the “DU” sound, which indicates that all pairings have been cleared. Then Return the earbuds to the charging case. After completing this process, your TWS will be reset. Take the earbuds out and pair them with your smartphone again.
