The 2024 Buick Velite 6 is propelled by a single front motor delivering 130 kW of power and 195 lb-ft of torque. Its energy is sourced from a 50.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, enabling an impressive range of 267 miles (430 kilometers) on China's CLTC test cycle. With a top speed of 170 km/h, the Velite 6 offers a balance of performance and efficiency.
Inside, the Velite 6 accommodates five passengers comfortably, featuring faux leather covering for the seats. The driver's seat benefits from electric adjustment for enhanced comfort. The rear seats offer a versatile 4/6 tilt configuration, adapting to various cargo and passenger needs.
Measuring 184 inches (4,673 mm) in length, 1817 mm in width, and 1519 mm in height, the Velite 6 strikes a balanced proportion on the road. Its trunk boasts a capacity of 16.1 cubic feet, providing ample space for luggage and belongings. Customers can choose from a selection of body colors including silver, blue, and white to suit their preferences.
The Velite 6 lineup includes two variants: the low-end model priced at 112,800 yuan (approximately USD 15,500) and the high-end version at 115,800 yuan (around USD 15,900). While both variants offer similar features, the high-end model distinguishes itself with additional amenities such as a reversing camera and a glass sunroof, enhancing convenience and luxury for its occupants.
